With a heritage of more than 40 years, Target Timber is proud to be one of the most experienced and respected timber frame manufacturers in the country. Our name is synonymous with superior quality timber frame products and services, so much so that 60% of our business comes from repeat clients and recommendations.

Quality is the one word that we hear repeatedly in the feedback that we get from our customers. And quality is the word that defines who we are and what we do at Target Timber. Quoting Aristotle, “Quality is not an act. It is a habit”.

We’re incredibly proud and privileged to work with so many clients who trust us to produce and build their timber frames time and time again.

We’ve not only continued to meet our client’s needs over the years, but we’ve also come to know many of them well and become great friends.

A great example is our dear friends at D.B. Rees Builders who have been a customer of our sales director, Gary Gooch, for over 40 years.

Around 20 years ago, we supplied the timber frame structure for Glyn Rees’s own family home, and now in 2024, we’re about to deliver the timber frame structure for his son Michael’s new home too.

There’s no greater testament to your work than returning customers

Target Timber’s monthly delivery programme rarely drops below 50% of repeat business. This will comprise a mix of customers; those who may build one unit every few years to those who frequently build sites of multiple units.

In addition to our repeat business, much of our work comes from word-of-mouth recommendations from clients, architects, and suppliers.

Furthermore, our extensive portfolio of timber frame building projects assures customers, new and old, that they are in the most experienced hands in the industry with the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
