The internal walls, floor decks, and roof truss are then expertly erected while being overseen by the site project manager who will also liaise with the customer and building control.

Once the timber frame superstructure is fully installed, it is then ready for the roof tiles to be laid and windows to be fitted to make the house wind and watertight and ready for first fixing.
