We produce two types of pre-manufactured timber frame wall panels: Open panels and closed panels.
We design and manufacture timber frame systems including wall panels for outer walls, as well as load-bearing and non-load-bearing internal walls.

Our open panel timber frame is a wall panel that allows insulation to be factory-fitted or fitted on-site.
There are several insulation options for open panels but as a rule, soft insulation is fitted on-site, while rigid foam insulation types can be fitted on-site or in our factory.
Once on site, panels are finished with a vapour control layer and plasterboard. This results in a wall that can achieve U-values down to around 0.19 W/m2/K.
Target’s closed panel timber frame is fully made in the factory. We fit the required insulation, and further enhance the panel by installing both the vapour control layer and a batten that provides a zone for services.
These enhancements further improve insulation performance and can achieve a U-value of 0.16 W/m2/K.
In addition, our insulated closed panels come with an LABC Warranty and a Premier Guarantee.
The U-values achieved with our pre-manufactured timber frame wall panels meet the requirements of the latest Part L Building Regulations and Future Homes Standard.
